1) From what time is arrival possible?

Arrival is possible from 14:30 - 20:00.

 

2) Until when does the departure have to take place?

Departure must be made by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Are you interested in a late check-out? Contact us the day before and we will be happy to check if this is possible for an extra charge.

 

3) How big are the pitches?

Our plots adapt to the natural terrain and are not all the same size. However, they are generally spacious and usually between 85-100m².

 

4) How does it work with electricity?

There are plenty of power boxes on the site where you can plug in your cable. Please make sure that CEE plugs are required and please do not forget the extension cable. Electricity is charged at a flat rate per night - see price list. Please note that the electricity flat rate is calculated based on the common electricity consumption when using a motorhome / caravan. Charging of electric cars is prohibited. Air conditioners in motorhomes and caravans are to be turned off during absence during the day (e.g. excursion).

 

5) Is it recommended to make a reservation?

We generally recommend that you make reservations so that you do not arrive in vain. Reservations are possible from 2 nights. We accept reservations for the new season from January each year. Please use our online booking tool for your reservation.

 

6) We have made a reservation. Do we have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due upon booking. The remaining amount is to be paid upon departure. The same applies to any additional services used during the stay.

 

7) We have made a reservation and need to cancel. What do we have to do here?

Please be fair and only make a reservation if you really intend to visit us, because reservations involve an immense amount of work. We will keep the plot free for you and in the worst case we will not be able to rent it to anyone else. We have full understanding for illnesses and other, credible reasons. Bad weather is not one of them ;-)

 

The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time before arrival. The withdrawal can only be declared in writing. In case of withdrawal, the deposit amount is also the cancellation fee and will be retained by the operator.

 

In case of no-show or early departure, the operator is to be reimbursed 50% of the lost rental fee. This fee is to be paid regardless of whether the operator can reoccupy the plot or not.

A change of reservation, if possible, can be made for a fee of 15,00 EUR.

 

8) Are dogs allowed on the sunbathing area and in the water?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the sunbathing area or in the water.

 

9) We are under < 18 years old. Are we welcome?

Young people under the age of 18 are only allowed to stay at the campsite if accompanied by a supervisor who is at least 21 years old.

 

10) How does it work with the showers?

For showers you need 50 cent coins. One coin is enough for 1x shower (=3 min. water). You can turn off the water in between. You can change coins at the reception if you don't have enough coins at hand.

 

11) Is there WLAN?

Yes, WLAN is available free of charge in the reception area and at the kiosk / restaurant.

 

12) Is it possible to store cold packs?

Yes, you are welcome to drop off your cold packs at the reception. We will store them for you. It is best to pack the batteries in a bag and label it with your last name.

 

13) Is entry / exit not possible at certain times?

From 10 p.m. in the evening to 6 a.m. in the morning, entry or exit is not possible. The barrier is closed. For emergencies (rescue, police, fire department) there is an emergency switch at the entry and exit column.

 

14) From when is night rest?

Night rest is from 22.00 o'clock to 06.00 o'clock.

 

15) Is open fire allowed?

No open fire is allowed due to fire hazard. Barbecue with grill is possible.

 

16) Are there rental accommodations or seasonal sites?

No, unfortunately there are no rental accommodations nor seasonal sites.

 

17) We are camping at your place and want to receive guests in the afternoon / evening.

You are welcome to receive guests. They must be announced at the reception before entering the site. There is also an entrance fee (see price list).

 

18) Are there any discounts and / or reductions in the off-season?

We do not participate in any discount promotions. There are also no discounts in the off-season.

 

19) Is it possible to pay with EC or credit card.

Yes, you can pay with all major EC or credit cards (Mastercard, VISA).

 

20) What is the best way to get to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Munich or Murnau?

Uffing is connected to the DB network and a train runs hourly between Garmisch-Partenkirchen/Innsbruck and Munich. You can ask us for the departure times.

 

21) Is it allowed to lay plastic sheets and the like on the ground in the awning?

In order to protect the lawn, plastic foils and the like (awning extension) may not be laid out on the ground. Exceptions are air-permeable mesh mats.
